He does a great job of providing documentation so you can read through all his changes before deciding on which version to play. Complete version also changes some Pokemon types, movesets, stats, etc. Vanilla just does what I listed above (generally just quality of life things). Each hack also has two versions (Vanilla and Complete, I think).

Black and White only let you catch Gen 5 Pokemon until you beat the Elite 4 but his hacks change that. They still donвЂ™t adjust the story at all.ДЄll of DrayanoвЂ™s hacks (like Blaze Black and Volt White) increase difficulty, remove impossible evolutions, etc. I believe there are a few DS hacks floating around that add in a couple Pokemon from Gen 6+ but I donвЂ™t know the quality of those. DS hacking is much harder and less accessible than GBA hacking so you are generally limited to hacks like Blaze Black/Volt White that increase Pokemon availability, increase difficulty, etc. To give more details: you wonвЂ™t really find any hacks that change much about the Gen 4 and 5 games.
